Preparing to apply online
All applications for Teach For Australia Associate positions must be submitted online. Allow about 1.5 hours to complete your application. Our first round of applications for the 2011 intake opens on 15 February and closes on 6 April 2010.
To apply, you will need to submit:
- Personal information
- Academic history*
- Written information (short answers to several questions)
- Employment and volunteering history
*When submitting your academic results, you are required to input the numerical result for each subject (the score you received out of 100) except in the case where (a) your university does not provide per cent scores for your subjects OR (b) your grade for the subject is not represented as a numerical result ('Ungraded Pass' or 'Exempt')
After you apply:
- You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been successfully submitted
- We will notify you of the outcome of your application via email within two weeks of the application closing date.
It is important that you regularly check your email after applying, as the outcome of your application and the next steps will be communicated to you via email.
