The FLP allows schools to build leadership capacity among their teachers, to ensure they are equipped to deal with today’s educational challenges, specifically tailored to regional and remote contexts.

To ensure that each school gets maximum value from the Future Leaders Program, senior school leaders are asked to:
For the 2021 Cohort, full scholarship will be offered to all participants; schools will be offered stipends to allow for time release.
Schools are asked to support with up to five days time release for each participant over the course of the program (total across one-year program). The intensive program workshops will be conducted during both school holidays or weekends and term time to ensure a balance for participants and schools.
