Preparing your teachers for the challenging yet rewarding roles of school leadership

A robust and strengthened leadership pipeline in our outer regional and remote schools in Australia is critically important to ensuring all children receive an excellent education. The Future Leaders Program (FLP) is an innovative, new approach to strengthening school leadership.

The FLP allows schools to build leadership capacity among their teachers, to ensure they are equipped to deal with today’s educational challenges, specifically tailored to regional and remote contexts.

  • Participants build skills in leading initiatives, developing their capacity to influence and setting goals that align with your school and community that focus on improving student outcomes.
  • Participants receive tools and resources that can be shared across their school.
  • Personal leadership coaches will support participants to consolidate skills, challenge mindsets and help achieve program outcomes.
  • Participants are introduced to a network of other talented and passionate educators to share ideas and best practice.

Nominate a teacher today by emailing info@futureleadersprogram.org.au or share this opportunity with a school by sharing the link to this information page.
