If you’ve been accepted into Cohort 2019, congratulations! Before National Initial Intensive starts in November, you might have some questions about what happens in the meantime and how our placement process works. Learn more in this video:
Having gone through our recruitment process, you know that we partner exclusively with schools serving low socioeconomic communities, working in the regions and communities that need the most support. We match Associates to schools that need them and their area of expertise most. This means that the more flexible you are, the more likely we will be able to successfully find a placement match for you.
Working in close collaboration with fellow Associates, teachers, school leaders and the community, participants are generally placed in a cluster within the same school and schools nearby, increasing the opportunity for impact within communities we operate in.
If you have any questions, just get in touch with your Recruitment and Advocacy Manager, who will be happy to guide you. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
