Our Impact 2025

We’re proud to share Teach For Australia’s 2025 Impact Report, reflecting the collective efforts of our Associates, Alumni, staff, partners and supporters who continue to show what’s possible when talented people come together in service of educational equity.

This year, as every year since our founding in 2009, we remain steadfast in our mission – to create a community of leaders committed to ensuring that every child has access to the opportunities they deserve.

To date, more than 2,100 leaders have participated in our programs, with over 1,700 joining our flagship Leadership Development Program. In 2025 alone, 167 new Associates began their teaching journey, supported by a national network of mentors, coaches and Alumni.

Importantly, our mission doesn’t end after two years in the classroom. Today, 86% of our Alumni continue to work in the education sector, and three-quarters remain in schools – many in senior or leadership roles.
