Our work and impact

We work with teachers in regional, rural and remote schools through our Future Leaders Program. Interested teachers and schools are encouraged to contact us about this exciting opportunity to develop and retain future leaders.

We accept applications from Queenslanders; recent graduates, young professionals and career changers for our flagship Leadership Development Program. Applicants will have the opportunity to be placed across the nation. We do not currently offer school placements in the program within Queensland.

Over the years, many of our LDP Alumni have returned to Queensland schools to teach and lead across the state.
